摘　　要：文章针对商用车车架总成自重大、车型满载工况下部分车架结构出现断裂失效的现象展开研究分析及市场验证,并根据上述问题对车架总成进行专业理论分析,再根据分析结构对相关结构进行专项优化,有效降低车架失效风险,提高车架整体承载能力,为后续同系列车架积累设计经验。he article conducts research,analysis,and market validation on the phenomenon of partial frame structure fracture failure under heavy weight and full load conditions of commercial vehicle frame assemblies.Based on the above issues,professional theoretical analysis is conducted on the frame assembly,and relevant structures are specially optimized according to the analysis structure,effectively reducing the risk of frame failure,improving the overall load-bearing capacity of the frame,and accumulating design experience for subsequent frames of the same series.
