摘  要:重型车在低负荷工况下的运行比例和排放水平较高,将能反映该情景的发动机测试工况引入排放水平的评估认证中,是提高验证结果对实际减排促进效果的关键举措。本文提出用于发动机台架测试的低负荷工况开发方法 :首先根据我国重型车负荷情况定义并筛选低负荷窗口,然后通过聚类分析和模型转换为重型车典型低负荷行驶情景工况库,最后从库中选择合理样本进行组合构建发动机低负荷工况循环;另外,通过台架试验证明该工况能够全面有效地满足多种低负荷情景下对后处理系统性能的评估需求。Heavy-duty vehicles have higher operation time and NOx emission level in low-load driving conditions.Developing and inducting corresponding engine test cycle into emission valuation and certification standards is an effective method to improve translation from test emission results to real-world emission control benefits.A reasonable development method of low-load test cycle is applied:Firstly,low-load moving windows was defined and selected according to the load distri-bution of heavy vehicles in China.Then,A low-load database representing typical heavy-duty vehicles driving scenario was constructed by cluster analysis and model transformation.Finally,reasonable window combination was selected from database to develop a low-load test cycle.In addition,By engine dynamometer test,it is proved that the developed cycle can fully and effectively meet the performance evaluation requirements of after-treatment system under various low-load scenarios.
