摘 要:针对子弹药的自供能问题,设计了一种风致及振动环境下的压电俘能器,对子弹药平时和战时的自俘能技术进行了研究。基于压电效应方程和集总参数法对压电俘能器进行理论模型分析,得到了振动环境和风致环境下输出电压的理论值。制作了实验样机,分别测试了压电俘能单元的振动特性和在风致环境下的输出性能,对比理论值,验证了理论模型的有效性。同时,探究了振动频率、风速和扇叶角度对于压电俘能单元输出性能的影响。实验结果表明压电俘能结构的谐振频率为43 Hz,最佳负载为170 kΩ。当扇叶角度为30°时,压电俘能器的输出性能最佳,发生谐振时输出电压峰值可以达到22 V,最大输出功率为1.38 mW,在15 m/s的风速下,输出电压为2.56 V。A piezoelectric energy harvester under wind induced and vibration environment is designed to address the self-energy supply problem of the submunition,and the self-energy harvesting technology of submunition in peacetime and wartime is studied.Based on the piezoelectric effect equation and the lumped parameter method,a theoretical model analysis of the piezoelectric energy harvester is conducted,and the theoretical value of the output voltage in vibration and wind induced environment is obtained.An experimental prototype is made to test the vibration characteristics of the piezoelectric energy harvesting unit and its output performance in wind-induced environments.The effectiveness of the theoretical model is verified by comparing theoretical values.At the same time,the effects of vibration frequency,wind speed,and fan blade angle on the output performance of piezoelectric energy harvesting units are investigated.The experimental results show that the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric energy harvesting structure is 43 Hz,and the optimal load is 170 kΩ.When the fan blade angle is 30°,the output performance of the piezoelectric energy harvester is the best.When resonance occurs,the peak output voltage can reach 22 V,with a maximum output power of 1.38 mW.At a wind speed of 15 m/s,the output voltage is 2.56 V.
