摘  要:身管的寿命长期制约着火炮性能和战斗力的提升,因此现代装备迫切需要延长身管的使用寿命。详细阐述了影响身管内表面的因素以及身管使用寿命上的研究进展。介绍了国内外烧蚀磨损研究现状,分析了身管内表面烧蚀磨损形貌影响因素及其在服役过程中的变化过程。针对影响烧蚀磨损的热作用、化学作用和机械作用总结了相应的保护措施,即镀层、缓蚀剂和弹带材质,并分析了各方法的特点。该研究可为相关人员了解身管寿命机理研究现状和进一步研究工作提供参考。The challenge of extending barrel life has restricted the improvement of the performance and combat effectiveness of guns for a long time.Therefore,extending the lifetime of gun barrels has become an urgent need for modernization and future battlefields.This paper describes the factors that affect the inner bore surface and its development progress in service life.First,this paper briefly introduces the research progress on barrel damage at home and abroad.Then,erosion mechanisms are analyzed,including thermal erosion,chemical erosion,and mechanical erosion.Based on these mechanisms,their control measures such as coating,erosion-reducing additive materials,and the material of the rotating band are comprehensively discussed.This study provides references for understanding the current research situation and carrying out research work further on the mechanisms of lifetime.
