摘 要:为研究波动载荷下航空推进系统双级减压器反馈膜片的力学性能,建立推进系统高压气路AMESim仿真模型并基于测试结果验证了AMESim模型的准确性,获得双级减压器反馈膜片波动载荷,利用波纹膜片大挠度变形理论验证载荷与挠度关系,以波动载荷为边界条件对反馈膜片进行有限元分析,研究膜片材料、波纹形状及尺寸对反馈膜片力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:不锈钢AISI 304材料的反馈膜片性能最好,其次是铜合金T52500材料;波动载荷下圆形波纹反馈膜片最大变形量最小,膜片力学性能最优;波纹宽度在1.5~2.5 mm范围内的不锈钢圆形波纹反馈膜片力学性能最佳。研究结果可用于波纹膜片的定量分析和定性预测。Aiming at studying double-stage decompressor feedback diaphragm in aeronautical propulsion system under fluctuating load,the AMESim simulation model of the high-pressure air path in propulsion system is established and the accuracy of the AMESim model is verified based on the test results.The fluctuating load of the double-stage decompressor feedback diaphragm is obtained by the AMESim simulation model.The corrugated diaphragm governing equation by the large deflection deformation theory is used to verify the relationship between load and deflection.Fluctuating load as the boundary condition is used for the finite element analysis of the feedback diaphragm.The influence of diaphragm material,corrugation shape and size on feedback diaphragm mechanical properties is studied.The results show that stainless steel material AISI 304 has the best feedback diaphragm performance,followed by copper alloy material T52500.The circular feedback diaphragm under fluctuating load has the smallest maximum deformation and the best mechanical properties.The best mechanical property is embodied in stainless steel circular feedback diaphragm with corrugated width ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm.The results about corrugated diaphragm can be used for quantitative analysis and qualitative prediction.
