摘  要:同步感应线圈炮(SICG)作为一种新概念动能武器,多场耦合和极端冲击相互作用的复杂电磁环境使其运行受多个因素的影响,而电磁发射时产生的线圈本体温升已成为限制发生器发射效率和使用寿命的主要因素之一。针对此问题,以单级同步感应线圈炮为研究对象,建立了基于电流丝法(CFM)的模型和有限元“场-路”耦合计算模型,分别对比分析了2种模型的发射效率及影响因素;研究了不同结构参数对电枢温升和加速度的影响规律,阐明了高速发射器滑差与匝数匹配关系;针对7级和25级同步感应线圈炮进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明:采用适当的线性分布滑差可以在一定程度上将加速度反向,从而使得电枢在炮管的加速过程更加平稳,实现对电枢发射速率与方向的精确控制。相关研究结论可为同步感应线圈发射器的结构设计以及高效运行提供参考。Synchronous induction coil gun(SICG)is a new concept of kinetic energy weapon.Its operation is affected by many factors due to the complex electromagnetic environment of multi-field coupling and extreme impact interaction.The coil temperature rise during electromagnetic launching has become one of the main factors limiting the firing efficiency and service life of the generator.In this paper,the single-stage synchronous induction coil gun is taken as the research object.Firstly,the model based on current filament method(CFM)and the finite element“field-path”coupling model are established,and the emission efficiency and influencing factors of the two models are compared and analyzed respectively.Then,the effects of different structural parameters on armature temperature rise and acceleration are studied in detail,and the matching relationship between slip and turns of high-speed transmitter is clarified.The simulation results show that the acceleration can be reversed to a certain extent by using appropriate linear distribution slip,so that the acceleration process of the armature in the barrel is more stable,and the accurate control of the armature firing rate and direction is realized.The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for the structure design and efficient operation of synchronous induction coil gun.
