摘 要:为了有效提高烟支滤嘴的质量,改善烟组传递不稳、搓板受力不均等问题。采用计算流体力学对烟支滤嘴卷接过程中鼓轮气孔流场进行数值模拟,根据数值模拟结果对鼓轮气孔结构实施改进,通过实验对改进后的鼓轮进行研究。结果表明,鼓轮内承烟槽负压孔改进后,烟支表面形成的压力场明显增强,有效提高了烟支卷接过程中滤嘴的稳定性,进而提高了烟支的滤嘴质量。In order to effectively improve the quality of cigarette filters and the unstable transmission of cigarette groups,uneven force on the washboard and so on,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is used to numerically simulate the flow field of the air hole in the drum during cigarette filter wrapping.According to the numerical simulation results,the air hole structure of the drum is improved,and the improved drum is studied through experiments.The results show that the pressure field formed on the surface of cigarettes is obviously enhanced after the improvement of the negative pressure hole in the cigarette receiving groove of the drum,which effectively improves the stability of the filter during the cigarette wrapping process,and then improves the filter quality of cigarettes.
