摘 要:齿轮齿条机构在飞机低速滑行和处于牵引状态时可以实现前轮的动力转弯和牵引转弯。为了减小齿条的行程和质量,基于啮合原理和轮齿啮合几何关系进行了齿条末端齿的修形设计。通过修形,在牵引转弯角度大于动力转弯角度时,齿轮齿条机构可脱开啮合,且脱开前连续传动过程中的重合度不小于1.2,在重新进入啮合时不产生干涉。轮齿修形后运用MSC.ADAMS/View对修形计算结果进行了仿真,并进行了实物加工与试验,结果验证了修形设计的正确性。The rack and pinion mechanism can realize the power turning and towing turning of the front wheels when the aircraft is taxiing and towing at low speed.In order to reduce the stroke and weight of the rack,it uses the meshing principle and the meshing geometric relationship of the tooth profile,describes the design process of the modification of the end teeth of the rack.Through modification,when the traction turning angle is greater than the power turning angle,the rack and pinion mechanism can be disengaged,and the coincidence degree of the continuous transmission before disengagement is not less than 1.2,and does not interfere when re-engagement.The modified gear tooth shape is combined with MSC.ADAMS/View to simulate the modification calculation results,finally shows the actual processing and experiment,proves the correctness of the design.
