摘　　要：省级以上经济开发区作为本地生产要素最集聚、产业最集中、经济最活跃的平台,是推动地方工业化快速发展的重要载体。本文运用定性和定量的分析方法,对河北河间经济开发区用地进行节约集约分析,剖析了河间经济开发区存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的对策及建议。通过规范节约集约用地行为,优化国土空间配置,有效盘活存量低效用地,经济开发区用地结构持续优化,提高土地资源利用效率,为河间市经济可持续发展做出应有贡献。As the most concentrated platform for local production factors,industries,and the most active economy,provincial-level or above economic development zones are important carriers for promoting the rapid development of local industrialization.This article uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to conduct a conservation and intensive analysis of land use in Hebei Hejian Economic Development Zone,analyzes the main problems existing in the zone,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.By standardizing the behavior of saving and intensive land use,optimizing the allocation of land space,effectively activating the inefficient use of existing land,the land structure of the economic development zone is continuously optimized,the efficiency of land resource utilization is improved,making due contributions to the sustainable development of the economy in Hejian City.
