摘　　要：核电项目对于国家能源发展有重要战略意义,但受业主征地、阻工和堆场受限等客观因素,作业班组能力不足、管理人员整体素质不高、进度计划制定不合理等主观因素的综合影响,核电项目施工单位进度保障压力越来越大,某项目通过使用进度沙盘推演方法,形成行动项,积极跟踪落实,使得进度受控。Nuclear power projects have important strategic significance for the development of national energy.However,with the comprehensive influence of objective factors such as land acquisition by owners,construction obstacles,and limited storage yards,as well as subjective factors such as insufficient ability of operation teams,low overall quality of management personnel,and unreasonable schedule planning,the pressure on progress guarantee of nuclear power project construction units is increasing.A certain project uses the progress sandbox deduction method to form action items and actively track and implement them,making the progress controlled.
