靖边气田气井解堵技术研究及应用

摘　　要：靖边气田下古气井产量较高,单井控制动储量大,取得了较好的开发效果,但气井采出水质矿化度高,天然气中H_(2)S和CO_(2)含量较高,由于气井周期性加注缓蚀剂,随着气井生产时间延长,大部分气井进入开发中后期,缓蚀剂裂解残留物、管柱腐蚀结垢产物、气井采液及其它入井剂的共同作用,造成了气井井筒堵塞严重,严重制约气井正常生产,导致气田减产,影响气藏的最终采收率。为了进一步提高靖边气田下古气藏采率,优选具有开发潜力老井,结合区块地层水质化验分析,开展室内评价和现场试验,选取具有较强稀释稳定性、易溶解有机成分、低腐蚀特征的WPLJD-01酸性解堵剂,通过加注的解堵剂和井内有机及无机垢物发生缓慢物理反应,拆散堵塞物骨架,溶解填充物,通过气液搅动反复清洗,放空带出垢物,解除老井油管堵塞。2022年,采用优选的解堵剂和工艺开展现场试验20余口,均取得较好的增产效果,为本区和同类气井解堵提供了有效的技术手段。The lower ancient gas well of Jingbian gas field has high output,large controlled dynamic reserves per well,and achieved good development results.However,the produced water quality of the gas well has high salinity,and the content of H_(2)S and CO_(2)in natural gas is high.Due to the periodic injection of corrosion inhibitor in the gas well,most gas wells enter the middle and late stages of development with the prolongation of production time of the gas well.The combined effects of corrosion inhibitor cracking residue,pipe string corrosion scaling product,gas well production fluid and other well entry agents lead to serious blockage of the gas well shaft,which seriously restricts the normal production of the gas well,leads to gas field production reduction,and affects the final recovery rate of the gas reservoir.In order to further improve the recovery rate of the lower ancient gas reservoir of Jingbian gas field,the old well with development potential is selected,and the laboratory evaluation and field test are carried out in combination with the test analysis of the formation water quality of the block.The acidic plugging agent WPLJD-01 with strong dilution stability,easy dissolution of organic components and low corrosion characteristics is selected.Through the slow physical reaction between the injected plugging agent and organic and inorganic scale in the well,the plugging skeleton is disassembled,the filler is dissolved,the gas and liquid agitation is repeatedly cleaned,the scale is drained out,and the old well tubing is blocked.In 2022,more than 20 field tests are carried out with the preferred plugging agent and process,and good production increase is achieved.It provides effective technical means for plugging removal in this area and similar gas wells.
