The high altitude environment is characterized by low oxygen concentration, low air pressure, cold and strong ultraviolet radiation. These climatic characteristics will lead to a series of tissue metabolic disorders, organ dysfunction such as pulmonary edema and brain edema, and even death. In recent years, due to the increasing number of people stationed at high altitude,it is urgent to further study the organ damage caused by low-pressure and hypoxia environment at high altitude and its related mechanisms.Hypoxia can stimulate the body to produce a series of inflammatory cytokines and promote the occurrence of inflammatory response, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of organ damage at high altitude.Therefore,in-depth research of the relationship between inflammatory cytokines and hypobaric hypoxia injury in the plateau and the specific mechanism can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
