四逆散及其组分对肿瘤血管新生抑制作用的研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤是危害人类生命健康的常见恶性病变之一,现代医学认为微环境中血管生成所提供的营养支持可促进肿瘤的形成和转移。中医所讲“久病入络”,络脉空虚,气不足而致血行迟滞,痹阻络脉而致,与肿瘤血管新生的产生机制基本一致。但目前尚无明确有效控制血管新生的治疗药物及方法,因此探究安全性高、副作用小的中药方剂成为研究热点。四逆散为调和肝脾、理气和血之经典方,以行气兼行血之功效,对久成之络病具有良好疗效,且其具有明显的抗肿瘤血管新生作用。深入探究四逆散及其组分抗肿瘤血管新生的药理学机制,有望开发出高效低毒的新型抗肿瘤药物。Tumor is one of the common malignant diseases that endanger human life and health.Modern medicine believes that tumor formation and metastasis are promoted by nutritional support given by angiogenesis in the microenvironment.Traditional Chinese medicine defined"a long illness enters the collaterals",refers when the collaterals are empty,the qi is insufficient and the blood flow is delayed,and the illness is caused by the collaterals blocking,which is basically consistent with the mechanism of tumor angiogenesis.However,there are no clear and effective therapeutic drugs and methods to control angiogenesis,therefore,the exploration is focused on Chinese medicine prescriptions with high safety and small side effects.Sinisan formula is a classical prescription for harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating qi and blood.It has a good curative effect on chronic collateral disease with the effect of promoting qi and blood circulation,and an obvious anti-tumor angiogenesis effect.Further study of the pharmacological mechanism of Sinisan formula and its components against tumor angiogenesis is expected to help the development of new anti-tumor drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity.
