摘 要:内源性非阿片系统是机体内由非阿片类神经物质构成的具有镇痛或潜在镇痛作用的系统,包括大麻素系统、褪黑素系统、5-羟色胺系统以及儿茶酚胺系统等。内源性非阿片系统的镇痛机制复杂,可通过相应的受体、细胞内信号转导、中间神经元以及与阿片系统相互作用等途径发挥镇痛作用。积极探索内源性非阿片系统镇痛机制及其作用靶点,了解非阿片系统与阿片系统之间的相互作用机制,将为寻求新的镇痛方法以及新型镇痛药物提供理论依据,以应对“阿片危机”。Endogenous non-opioid system refers to the system with analgesic or potential analgesic effects composed of nervous substances except opioids in the body,including the cannabinoid system,melatonin system,5-hydroxytryptamine system and catecholamine system.The analgesic mechanism of endogenous non-opioid system is complex and diverse,and it can play an analgesic role through corresponding receptors,intracellular signal transduction,interneurons,and interaction with opioid system.Actively exploring the analgesic mechanism and target of endogenous non-opioid system and understanding the interaction mechanism between non-opioid system and opioid system will provide theoretical basis for seeking new analgesic methods and new analgesic drugs to deal with the"opioid crisis".
