摘  要:DLX2基因位于第2号染色体长臂,可参与机体多种生长发育过程。该基因在成骨与成软骨形成诱导中的作用引起学者们的广泛关注。目前对DLX2基因在各不同类型细胞的成骨与成软骨分化中所涉及的分子及信号通路已有一定研究,但对于其中涉及的不同分子与信号通路间的交互作用及具体作用机制尚未阐明。因此,深入探究DLX2基因与各成骨与成软骨信号分子通路间的交联,可以进一步明确和重新认识该基因在人体组织学骨愈合再生过程中的作用及具体机制,为今后临床开发新的骨修复治疗方法提供理论依据和新思路。DLX2 gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 2 and can participate in a variety of growth and development processes.The role of DLX2 gene in the induction of osteogenesis and chondrogenesis has attracted extensive attention from scholars.At present,there have been some studies on the molecules and signal pathways involved in the osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation of DLX2 gene in different types of cells,but the interaction and specific mechanism between the different molecules and signal pathways involved have not been clarified.Therefore,exploring the cross-linking between DLX2 gene and various osteogenic and chondrogenic signal molecular pathways can further clarify and rediscover the role and specific mechanism of DLX2 gene in the process of bone healing and regeneration in human histology,and provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the clinical development of new bone repair treatment methods in the future.
