摘　　要：颈源性肩周炎是颈椎病变导致的以颈肩关节活动障碍为主要表现的疾病。颈源性肩周炎的中医药治疗重视标本兼顾,中药治疗多采用舒筋通络、散寒除湿、活血止痛的药物;针灸多选取颈夹脊与肩井、天宗、肩髎等肩部腧穴配合;推拿采取理筋手法,松解颈肩肌肉粘连,配合正骨手法纠正椎体错位;通过功能训练对颈源性肩周炎患者的预后康复产生积极的长期疗效。目前临床从颈肩论治的普通肩周炎患者往往临床疗效较好,但针对肩周炎的发病与颈椎病相关性的研究较少,未来应加强两者相关性的研究,以明确颈源性肩周炎的诊断并促进其规范治疗。Cervicogenic frozen shoulder is a disease caused by cervical spondylosis with dyskinesia of neck and shoulder as the main manifestation.The Chinese medicine treatment emphasizes both the symptoms and the root cause,which mostly uses drugs that relax the tendons and dredge the collaterals,disperse cold and remove dampness,invigorate blood and relieve pain.Acupuncture mostly selects neck acupuncture points and works with shoulder acupuncture points such as Jianjing,Tianzong,and Jianliao,etc.Tuina adopts tendon manipulation to loosen the adhesion of the neck and shoulder muscles and correct the misalignment of the vertebral body with the bone setting technique.Functional training can produce positive long-term effects on the prognosis and rehabilitation of the patients.At present,it is found in clinical practice that treating ordinary periarthritis of shoulder based on neck and shoulder can often achieve better clinical efficacy,but there are few studies on the correlation between the onset of periarthritis of shoulder and cervical spondylosis,so the research on the correlation between the two should be strengthened in the future,so as to make clear the diagnostic criteria of cervicogenic frozen shoulder and form a standard of treatment.
