摘  要:免疫细胞作为维持机体内环境稳态的重要组成之一,在静息与活化状态下表现出不同的代谢特征。代谢模式的改变能够为免疫系统激活提供足够能量,以促使免疫细胞发挥正常的生物学功能。目前认为,免疫细胞的活化伴随着代谢重编程,即在氧气充足的情况下,免疫细胞会通过低效能的糖酵解满足其能量需求和对生物合成底物的需要。不同种类和不同分化阶段的免疫细胞影响下的有氧糖酵解也不完全相同,深入研究免疫细胞的糖酵解过程以及机制可能为免疫系统相关疾病的预防和治疗提供参考。Immune cells,as one of the important components to maintain the homeostasis of the body,exhibit different metabolic characteristics in resting and activated states.Changes in metabolic patterns can provide sufficient energy for the activation of the immune system to enable immune cells to exert normal biological functions.At present,it is believed that the activation of immune cells is accompanied by metabolic reprogramming,that is,under the condition of sufficient oxygen,immune cells will meet their needs of energy and biosynthetic substrates through inefficient glycolysis.The aerobic glycolysis under the influence of different types and different differentiation stages of immune cells is not completely the same.In-depth study of the glycolysis process and mechanism of immune cells may provide references for the prevention and treatment of immune system related diseases.
