摘  要:痉挛型脑瘫易引起患儿关节挛缩、畸形、疼痛,导致步态异常,严重影响患儿步行能力及生长发育。目前临床治疗以功能训练及畸形矫正为主,以通过改善患儿足部畸形,最大限度地恢复其步行能力。步态特征及足底压力分布分析是研究步行规律的检查方法,既往临床多采用量表进行评定,虽简单易行,但主观性较强,可能存在一定偏倚。而运动捕捉系统能准确鉴别并分析异常运动,明确异常运动原因,有助于诊断、评价运动功能并指导临床治疗,可在一定程度上作为现在和未来科研以及临床功能评价中较客观、可靠的参考工具。Spastic cerebral palsy can easily cause joint contracture,deformity and pain in children,resulting in abnormal gait,which seriously affects the walking ability and growth and development of the children.At present,the clinical treatment is mainly based on functional training and deformity correction,in order to restore the walking ability to the maximum extent by improving the foot deformity of the children.The analysis of gait characteristics and plantar pressure distribution is an inspection method to study the regularity of walking.In the past,clinical scales were often used for evaluation.Although it is simple and easy to implement,it is highly subjective and may have certain biases.The motion capture system can accurately identify and analyze abnormal motion,clarify the causes of abnormal motion,which is helpful to the diagnosis and evaluation of motor function,and guiding the clinical treatment,thus can be used as an objective and reliable reference tool in current and future scientific research and clinical function evaluation to a certain extent.
