摘 要:在南昌大学抚州医学院医学检验技术专业学生中,经企业面试确定订单班学生62人,其余203人纳入普通班,对比分析订单班和普通班课程设置、专业课程成绩、毕业考核成绩、一次性就业率的差异。研究表明,“订单式”培养模式可以优化培养方案,改善实验教学条件,提升人才培养质量,为企业培养契合岗位需求的专业技术人才,使学生、学校和企业实现三方共赢。Among the students majoring in medical laboratory technology in Fuzhou Medical College of Nanchang University,62 students in the order based class were determined through enterprise interviews,and the rest 203 were included in the ordinary class.The differences in course settings,professional course scores,graduation assessment scores,and one-time employment rate between the order class and the ordinary class were compared and analyzed.Research has shown that the"order based"training model can optimize training plans,improve experimental teaching conditions,enhance the quality of personnel cultivation,cultivate professional and technical personnel that meet the post requirements for enterprises,and achieve win-win among students,schools and enterprises.
