腹部按摩联合重力喂养对早产低出生体重儿喂养不耐受结局的影响

摘　　要：选取我院自2022年4—12月新生儿科收治的80名符合纳入标准的早产低出生体重婴儿为研究对象。对照组给予传统的鼻饲喂养,观察组给予腹部按摩结合重力喂养,分析两组喂养相关指标和喂养不耐受发生率。实践表明,腹部按摩联合重力喂养有利于降低早产低出生体重儿喂养不耐受发生率,对患儿的生长发育起到一定的积极作用。We selected 80 premature low birth weight infants who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the neonatal department of our hospital from April to December 2022 as the research subjects.The control group was given traditional nasal feeding,while the observation group was given abdominal massage combined with gravity feeding.The feeding related indicators and incidence of feeding intolerance were analyzed in both groups.Practice has shown that abdominal massage combined with gravity feeding is beneficial for reducing the incidence of feeding intolerance in premature low birth weight infants,and has a certain positive effect on the infants’growth and development.
