摘　　要：围绕学校“353”战略、湖南省“三高四新”战略和国家创新战略的需求,以湖南科技大学独立科研机构为对象,进行全方位的调研,采用实地走访、个别谈话、会议等方式了解真实情况。并针对独立科研机构运行过程中存在的问题进行具体分析并提出工作建议。调研成果对我校及同类高校打造具有核心竞争力的科技创新高地,加快建设特色鲜明、国内一流、国际有影响的高水平综合性大学具有一定的参考价值。The research focuses on the needs of our university's “353” strategy,Hunan's “ Three Hubs and Four New Missions” strategy,and the national innovation strategy.The independent scientific research institutions of Hunan University of Science and Technology are taken as examples to conduct the comprehensive research by using on-site visits,individual talks,meetings and other ways to understand the real situation.As a result,work suggestions are proposed through analyzing the problems in the operation of independent scientific research institutions.The results of this research have certain reference value for our university and similar universities to build scientific and technological innovation highlands with core competitiveness,and to accelerate the construction of high-level comprehensive universities with distinctive characteristics,domestic first-class,and international influence.
