摘 要:利用船舶艉球和艉管的整体铸造和在船舶营运中较少产生形变特性,提出某改建船舶船体坐标系的建立方法并给出基于此坐标系的轴线计算方法,同时对该船轴系改造施工过程中产生的问题进行分析,提出相应的解决方法。后续船舶航行试验和营运状态表明,提出的基于艉管的船体坐标系建立方法可以较为准确地复原船舶建造坐标系,且基于此坐标系建立的船舶轴线可以实现较好的船舶航行性能。Based on the integral casting of stern ball and stern tube and their less deformation in ship operation,a method to establish the hull coordinate system of a rebuilt ship was proposed,and an axis calculation method based on this coordinate system was given.The problems arising in the reconstruction of ship shafting were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were set forth.Subsequent ship sailing test and operation state showed that the hull coordinate system based on stern tube proposed in this paper can accurately restore the ship construction coordinate system,and the ship axis based on this coordinate system can achieve better ship navigation performance.
