摘 要:通过对MSC.253(83)关于船用LED航行灯特殊法定要求的解读,归纳出防止LED航行灯发光强度衰减的两种方案,并以第二种方案为侧重点,从LED航行灯使用寿命、航行灯控制器故障报警功能两个方面的具体问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出根据发光强度估算使用寿命的具体测算方法及替代LED航行灯控制器报警的补充措施,有效解决了以上问题,结合船级社规范及法定要求,总结LED航行灯相关检验要点。Based on the interpretation of the special statutory requirements of MSC.253(83)on marine LED navigation lights,two schemes to prevent the luminous intensity attenuation of LED navigation lights were summarized.Focusing on the second scheme,the specific problems in the service life of LED navigation light and the fault alarm function of navigation light controller were discussed.On that basis,the specific calculation method of estimating the service life were put forward according to the luminous intensity,and the supplementary measures to replace the alarm of LED navigation light controller was proposed to solve the above problems.Combined with the rules of classification society and statutory requirements,the inspection points of LED navigation lights were summed up.
