摘　　要：针对国际航行船舶在符合MARPOL关于燃油取样方面要求遇到的各种设计、改建、PSCO检查等方面问题,通过对公约条款具体分析,基于船舶建造审图及检验中发现的问题,提出可行解决方案,为船舶满足MARPOL要求,避免可能的港口滞留提供借鉴。In view of various design,reconstruction,and PSCO inspection and other issues encountered by international navigation ships in compliance with MARPOL’s requirements on fuel sampling,the feasible solutions were proposed based on the specific analysis of the provisions of the convention and the problems found in the ship design plan approval,construction and inspection,so as to provide reference for ships to meet MARPOL’s requirements and avoid possible port detention.
