护士对遗传性肿瘤管理知信行现况调查及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查护士遗传性肿瘤管理的知识、态度、行为现状并分析影响因素。方法:采取便利抽样法选取广东省15个市27所医院145名护士作为调查对象,用自行设计的一般情况调查表、遗传性肿瘤管理知信行问卷进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析护士遗传性肿瘤管理知信行的影响因素。结果:护士遗传性肿瘤管理知信行总分、知识、态度、行为维度得分分别为(66.83±16.94)分、(27.34±8.36)分、(22.51±5.42)分、(16.97±7.57)分。多元线性回归分析显示,聘用形式是护士遗传性肿瘤管理知信行总分的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护士对遗传性肿瘤管理的态度比较积极,但知识、行为等方面仍需加强,应加强对非在编护士的重视,并采取有针对性的干预措施,开展遗传性肿瘤管理培训,以提高其对遗传性肿瘤管理知信行的水平。Objective:To investigate the nurses′knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)on the management of hereditary tumors and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 173 nurses from 27 hospitals in 15 cities in Guangdong province were selected as the subjects using the convenience sampling method.A self-designed general situation questionnaire and a Hereditary Tumor Management Knowledge,Belief,and Practice Questionnaire were used to conduct the survey.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses′KAP on hereditary tumor management.Results:The total score of nurses′KAP in hereditary tumor management and the dimension scores of KAP were(66.83±16.94),(27.34±8.37),(22.51±5.42),and(16.97±7.57),respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the employment form is the main influencing factor of the total score of nurses′KAP in hereditary tumor management(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nurses have a relatively positive attitude towards hereditary tumor management,but knowledge,practice and other aspects still need to be strengthened.It suggests that more attention should be paid to non-staff nurses,targeted intervention measures should be taken,and hereditary tumor management training should be carried out,in order to improve their level of KAP in the management of hereditary tumors.
