摘 要:针对废镍阳极网剥离率低的问题,本文提出超声波强化盐酸体系下从废镍阳极网上剥离钌的工艺,重点研究常规浸泡和超声波辐射浸泡过程中浸泡时间、盐酸浓度对钌剥离率的影响。结果表明,超声波辐射浸泡条件下,盐酸浓度对钌剥离率的影响显著,且钌剥离率随着酸浓度增加而提高;达到相同的钌剥离率时,超声波辐射浸泡时间缩短,仅为传统酸浸泡时间的1/18,说明超声波可强化从废阳极网上剥离钌的效果。试验获得合理的工艺参数,即盐酸浓度为10%,超声波辐射时间为2 h。在此条件下,钌剥离率达到98.12%,镍网腐蚀率达到1.24%,富集物中钌含量达到32.65%,主要物相是Ru和RuO2。该工艺具有操作简单、环境友好、钌剥离率高等优点,为从废镍阳极网中回收钌提供技术借鉴。In response to the problem of low stripping rate of waste nickel anode mesh,this paper proposes a process for stripping ruthenium from waste nickel anode mesh under ultrasonic enhanced hydrochloric acid system,focusing on the effects of soaking time and hydrochloric acid concentration on ruthenium stripping rate during conventional soaking and ultrasonic radiation soaking processes.The results show that under ultrasonic radiation soaking conditions,the concentration of hydrochloric acid has a significant impact on the ruthenium stripping rate,and the ruthenium stripping rate increases with the increase of acid concentration;when reaching the same ruthenium stripping rate,the ultrasonic radiation soaking time is shortened,only 1/18 of the traditional acid soaking time,indicating that ultrasound can enhance the effect of stripping ruthenium from the waste anode mesh.Reasonable process parameters are obtained through the experiment,namely a hydrochloric acid concentration of 10%and an ultrasonic radiation time of 2 h.Under these conditions,the ruthenium stripping rate reaches 98.12%,the nickel mesh corrosion rate reaches 1.24%,the ruthenium content in the enriched material reaches 32.65%,and the main phases are Ru and RuO2.This process has the advantages of simple operation,environmental friendliness, and high ruthenium stripping rate, providing a technical reference for recovering ruthenium from waste nickel anode mesh.
