摘 要:二氧化硫(SO_(2))是我国实行总量控制的大气污染物之一。目前,我国测定固定污染源SO_(2)浓度的标准方法主要有两种,即定电位电解法和便携式紫外吸收法。根据国家相关要求,燃煤、燃气等高污染排放源必须实施节能改造和超低排放,以控制SO_(2)排放总量。2022年,东莞市燃气锅炉项目开始分区、分时段执行《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》(DB 44/765—2019)的大气污染物特别排放限值,即SO_(2)≤35 mg/m^(3),这对SO_(2)排放浓度的监测提出更高要求。本文结合定电位电解法和便携式紫外吸收法的基本原理,比较两种测定方法,验证质量控制措施,从而选定更能真实反映烟气排放情况的监测方法,更加精准地监测固定污染源SO_(2)浓度。Sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))is one of the atmospheric pollutants that China implements total amount control.At present,there are two main standard methods for measuring the concentration of SO_(2) from fixed pollution sources in China,namely constant potential electrolysis method and portable ultraviolet absorption method.According to relevant national requirements,high pollution sources such as coal and gas must implement energy-saving transformation and ultralow emissions to control the total amount of SO_(2) emissions.In 2022,the gas boiler projects in Dongguan City began to implement the special emission limit for atmospheric pollutants specified in the“Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard”(DB 44/765—2019)in different zones and periods,with SO_(2)≤35 mg/m^(3),which puts forward higher requirements for monitoring the concentration of SO_(2) emissions.Combining the basic principles of constant potential electrolysis method and portable ultraviolet absorption method,this paper compares the two measurement methods,verifies quality control measures,thus selecting a monitoring method that can more accurately reflect the smoke emission situation,and monitoring the SO_(2) concentration of fixed pollution sources more accurately.
