摘 要:粤港澳大湾区是中国开放程度最高、经济活力最强的区域之一,地处珠江流域下游,面临水资源时空分布不均、水资源开发利用强度大、水动力条件复杂等问题。本文通过开展粤港澳大湾区水均衡分析,研究区域水资源时空演变趋势,评估区域水资源开发利用对沿海淡水资源的影响,明确水资源均衡中入境水、出境水等自然资源特征和区域用水、耗水等人类活动特征,提出水资源管理与优化配置建议,为粤港澳大湾区水安全保障提供支撑。The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the regions with the highest degree of openness and the strongest economic vitality in China,it is located in the lower reaches of Pearl River basin,facing problems such as uneven spatiotemporal distribution of water resources,high intensity of water resources development and utilization,and complex hydrodynamic conditions.By conducting a water balance analysis in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper studies the spatiotemporal evolution trend of regional water resources,evaluates the impact of regional water resource development and utilization on coastal freshwater resources,clarifies the natural resource characteristics such as inbound and outbound water,as well as the human’s activity characteristics such as regional water use and consumption in the water resource balance,and proposes suggestions for water resource management and optimization configuration,thus providing support for water safety assurance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
