摘  要:汽轮机真空度是衡量汽轮机组运行效果的核心指标,真空系统的严密性则是影响汽轮机真空的重要因素。受凝汽器真空严密性差的影响,某电厂汽轮机组负荷逐年下降。本文结合该电厂汽轮机空冷系统运行现状,探寻电厂汽轮机空冷系统的优化方法,以期进一步降低汽轮机单位发电煤耗,有效促进电厂节能降耗,最终实现绿色发展。The vacuum degree of the steam turbine is the core indicator to measure the operating effect of the steam turbine unit,and the tightness of the vacuum system is an important factor affecting the vacuum of the steam turbine.Due to the poor vacuum tightness of the condenser,the load of the steam turbine unit in a certain power plant has been decreasing year by year.Based on the operation status of the steam turbine air cooling system in the power plant,this paper explores optimization methods for the steam turbine air cooling system in the power plant,in order to further reduce the coal consumption per unit power generation of the steam turbine,effectively promote energy saving and consumption reduction in the power plant,and ultimately achieve green development.
