摘　　要：在理论分析的基础上,选取2009-2020年中国省级面板数据,借助空间计量模型和中介效应模型,实证检验绿色投资对低碳经济转型的影响及作用机制。结果显示,中国低碳经济转型程度、绿色投资水平不断提升,且存在空间聚集特征;绿色投资既可促进本地低碳经济转型,又可促进周边地区低碳经济转型,绿色投资对低碳经济转型的影响存在区域差异;绿色投资可通过促进产业结构生态化进而促进低碳经济转型;市场需求驱动和金融行业绿色转变驱动下的绿色投资对低碳经济转型的促进作用显著,政府引导驱动下的绿色投资促进作用尚未发挥。Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper selects the provincial panel data of China from 2009 to 2020,and adopts the spatial econometric model and intermediary effect model to test the impact of green investment on low-carbon economic transition.The results show that China's low-carbon economy and green investment levels are increasing,and there is spatial clustering.Green investment can promote the transformation of the local low-carbon economy,and there are regional differences in the impact of green investment on the transformation of low-carbon economy.Green investment can promote the development of low-carbon economy by promoting the ecology of industrial structure.Green investment driven by green transformation in financial industry and market demand has played a significant role in promoting the transformation of low-carbon economy.The promotion of green investment driven by the government is not significant.
