摘  要:为了解决基于虚拟单元生产的共享资源瓶颈问题,结合成组技术和动态调度理论,提出了动态队列排序规则;运用Arena 9.0进行案例设计与仿真实验,根据生产系统的多个指标对比了动态队列排序规则和先到先服务排队规则;研究了POLCA生产能力约束规则的有效性,对生产系统中采用和不采用生产能力约束器的情况进行了仿真比较。仿真试验结果表明,动态队列排序规则和POLCA生产能力约束规则对缓解虚拟单元生产中共享资源冲突具有明显的优势。In order to solve the bottleneck problem of shared resources based on virtual manufacturing cells,combined with group technology and dynamic scheduling theory,a dynamic queuing rule was proposed.Through the simulation experiments by using Arena 9.0,the dynamic queuing rule and the FCFS queuing rule were compared from several indexes.By simulation,the effectiveness of the POLCA capacity constraint rule is studied.Simulation results show that the dynamic queuing rule and the POLCA capacity constraint rule have obvious advantages to mitigate the conflict of shared resources in virtual manufacturing cells.
