摘  要:随着物流行业的不断发展和B2C电子商务模式的不断创新,网络购物成为主流的购物渠道。线上购物给人们带来更多的便利性和经济性的同时,基于供应链视角下的商家失信问题也随之出现,并且愈演愈烈。故文中基于供应链的角度,以B2C电子商务商家信用问题为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查法和文献梳理法总结目前B2C电子商务商家信用存在的问题并深刻剖析商家产生失信问题的原因,在此基础之上从供应链的上游、中游和下游三个角度针对性的提出解决商家信用问题的对策建议,并给出B2C电子商务商家信用评价机制构建的思路和指标选择。With the continuous development of the logistics industry and the continuous innovation of B2C e-commerce model,online shopping has become the mainstream shopping channel.While online shopping brings more convenience and economy to people,the problem of merchants dishonesty from the perspective of supply chain also appears and becomes more and more serious.Therefore,based on the perspective of supply chain enhancement,this paper takes the credit problems of B2C e-commerce merchants as the main research object,summarizes the existing credit problems of B2C e-commerce merchants through questionnaire survey and literature review,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems of merchants dishonesty.On this basis,from the upstream,midstream and downstream of the supply chain,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the credit problems of merchants,and ideas and indicators of B2C e-commerce merchant credit evaluation mechanism construction are given.
