摘 要:当前,大部分烟草商业企业在卷烟零售户配送环节实行“固定线路”,存在车辆装载率低、配送成本高、作业不均衡等问题。文中针对上述问题,充分利用卷烟零售户配送作业存在的客户相对稳定、订货日期和订单量可控等业务特性,提出一种“基于GIS的配送线路链式动态优化”方法,实现配送线路动态优化,有效提高车辆装载率,均衡作业量,达到降本增效的目的。At present,most tobacco commercial enterprises implement“fixed line”in cigarette retail distribution,which has problems such as low vehicle loading rate,high distribution cost and unbalanced operation.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward a“GIS-based dynamic optimization of distribution line chain”method to realize the dynamic optimization of distribution line,effectively improve the vehicle loading rate,balance the workload,and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency by taking full advantage of the business characteristics of cigarette retail distribution operation,such as relatively stable customers,controllable order date and order quantity.
