摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的发展为农村电商物流的发展带来了新的机遇,然而,当前我国农村电商物流发展仍面临着人才困境。因此,从人才需求方面对农村电商物流人才培养的必要性进行深入分析,破除农村电商物流人才流失、专业人才匮乏、操作能力不足等人才困境,从政府、高校、企业三方面优化农村电商物流人才的培养路径,从而加快农村电商物流行业的新发展,有效推进乡村振兴战略的实施。The development of rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities to the development of rural e-commerce logistics.However,currently,the development of rural e-commerce logistics in China is still facing the talent dilemma.Therefore,through in-depth analysis of the necessity of cultivating rural e-commerce logistics talents from the perspective of talent demand,we can overcome talent dilemmas such as the loss of rural e-commerce logistics talents,lack of professional talents,and insufficient operational capabilities.We can optimize the training path of rural e-commerce logistics talents from the government,universities and enterprises,thereby accelerating the new development of the rural e-commerce logistics industry and effectively promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
