摘　　要：公共资源交易大数据的流通共享是促进交易市场一体化的基础环节。通过分析交易数据的业务特征和应用需求,用服务思维代替项目思维,构建基于现有归集模式的交易数据资源目录体系,设计了资源流通与服务框架。该体系框架支持交易数据资源跨部门、跨地域的流通、共享和使用,促进交易大数据的价值实现。The circulation and sharing in public resource trading data is regarded as a basic component of promoting market integration.By analyzing business characteristics and application requirements,replacing project thinking with service thinking,a trading data resource catalog system based on existing aggregation models are constructed,and a resource circulation and service framework is designed.The system and framework can support the circulation,sharing and use of data across ministries and provinces,and promote the realization of the value of trading data.
