摘 要:城市发展从增量时代走向存量时代,如何通过城市更新改善既有城市环境品质备受关注.南头古城通过城市更新,从一个典型的城中村转变为具有深圳特色的历史文化街区.既有研究多关注南头古城历史文化重塑、建筑风貌提升、功能业态提升、公共空间升级等方面,而忽略了其作为居住场所的主体功能.文章试图梳理深圳高密度城市发展背景下居住形态演变,并在不同容积率住区居住感知对比基础上,对南头古城社区渐进式更新模式下产生的多元化居住形态与品质进行探讨.As urban development is moving from an incremental era into a stock era,the question,of how to improve the quality of existing urban environments through urban renewal,has garnered increasing attention.The Nantou old town has transformed from a typical urban vllage into a heritage district with Shenzhen characteristics through urban renewal.So far,research efforts focus on the reinvigoration of the area's historical and cultural legacy,the spruce-up of its architecture,the introduction of new functions,and the upgrade of its public spaces.However,they neglect its essential function as a residential place.This paper attempts to chart the evolution of its residential form on the background of Shenzhen's intense urban development;based on a comparison of residential perception of residential areas of different floor area ratios,it whereby explores the diversified residential forms and qualities generated by the gradual renewal mode of the Nantou Old Town community.
