全球经济变局下两岸供应链重构走向探讨

摘　　要：在国际地缘政治紧张、中美贸易摩擦、两岸关系严峻复杂等重大因素的叠加影响下,传统两岸经贸关系发展方式正面临新挑战,两岸供应链加快调整和局部重构,进而对两岸贸易与投资格局产生重要影响。同时,内地构建双循环新发展格局、新一轮产业技术革命等,也为两岸经贸关系转型升级提供重大机遇,两岸经济难以脱钩。对此,应善于因势利导、化危为机,通过深化两岸融合发展,加快促进两岸供应链合作转型升级,推动两岸经贸关系高质量发展。Under the influence of major factors such as international geopolitical tensions,Sino-US trade frictions,and the severe and complex relations across the Taiwan Straits,the traditional way of developing cross-Strait economic relations is facing new challenges,and the supply chain is speeding up its adjustment and local reconstruction,which will in turn have an important impact on the pattern of bilateral trade and investment.At the same time,the mainland's construction of a dual-cycle development pattern and a new round of industrial technology revolution also provide significant opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of economic relations across the Taiwan Straits,and it is difficult for the two sides to decouple their economies.In this regard,we should make good use of the situation and turn crisis into opportunity,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of supply chain cooperation by deepening the integrated development across the Taiwan Straits,and promote the high-quality development of economic relations.
