摘　　要：本文以出版深度融合发展趋势下的企业数字出版人才培养为研究对象,结合凤凰出版传媒集团的实践经验,探讨数字出版人才培养的战略契机、实践举措、难点思考。本文重点介绍了凤凰出版传媒集团围绕数字出版人才培养,在顶层设计、科研创新平台、内部培养体系、产学研用合作和激励政策等方面的具体举措,并结合实践经验,针对数字出版人才培养面临的难点问题,提出科学设置岗位、优化考评方式、创新培养路径等建议。Taking digital publishing talents training under the development trend of deep integration of publishing as the research object,combining with the practical experience of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group,this paper discussed the strategic opportunities,practical initiatives,and reflections on digital publishing talents training.Based on the new requirements of the development trend of publishing integration for digital publishing talents training,this paper focused on specific initiatives of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group in the aspects of top-level design,scientific research and innovation platform,industry-university-research cooperation,internal training mechanism and incentive policies,etc.Combining with practical experience,suggestions were put forward on scientific setting of positions,optimization of assessment methods,innovative training paths,etc.,with regard to the difficulties faced by digital publishing talents training.
