基于在线投审稿系统的科技期刊出版服务实践探索——以ScholarOne Manuscripts和SciCloud为例

摘　　要：在线投审稿系统是科技期刊整个出版产业链上关键的一环,为科技期刊数字化出版提供了优质、便利的服务。在ScholarOne Manuscripts和SciCloud的实践和研究基础上,本文总结分析国际一流投审稿系统与国内投审稿系统在科技期刊论文质量控制、出版时效管理、出版单位数据统计、人员数据库建设、期刊付费与传播等方面提供的系列服务特色,为国内科技期刊编辑部选择在线投审稿系统与深入挖掘其服务功能提供有益参考。Online submission and peer-review system is the key in the whole publishing industry chain of scientific journals,which provides high-quality and convenient services for digital publishing of scientific journals.Based on practice and research of ScholarOne Manuscripts and SciCloud,this study summarized and analyzed a series of service features provided by international first-class submission and peer-review systems and domestic ones in the aspects of paper quality control,publication effectiveness management,data statistics,personnel database construction,payment and communication,etc.,which provided valuable references for editorial departments of domestic journals to choose online submission and peer-review systems and to deeply excavate their service functions,and put forward suggestions for domestic systems to go abroad.
