摘  要:采用热重-差示扫描量热法(TG-DSC)、热重-红外光谱实验(TF-IR)研究1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7)的热分解过程、热分解产物以及金属氧化物V_(2)O_(5)对FOX-7热分解过程、热分解产物的影响,并通过Gaussian 09进行量子化学计算,得出一条FOX-7热分解途径。实验研究表明,FOX-7热分解分为两个阶段,产物有NO_(2)、HNCO、CO_(2)和少量的NO,其中首先生成产物是NO_(2),含量最高是HNCO;V_(2)O_(5)催化剂能使FOX-7热分解峰温提前,添加催化剂后,FOX-7热分解第二阶段放热量增加,放热量超过第一阶段并且FOX-7热分解产物中不再有HCN和N_(2)O,说明V_(2)O_(5)能够影响FOX-7热分解。计算结果表明,FOX-7热分解首先生成NO_(2),并且1 mol FOX-7生成2 mol HNCO和1 mol NO_(2),实验结果和理论计算结果一致。The thermal-decomposition process and products of 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene(FOX-7)and the effects of metal oxide V_(2)O_(5) on the thermal-decomposition process and products of FOX-7 were studied by thermo gravimetric differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC)and thermo gravimetric-infrared spectroscopy(TG-IR).The quantum chemical calculation was carried out by Gaussian 09,and a thermal-decomposition path of FOX-7 was obtained.The experimental results show that the thermal-decomposition of FOX-7 can be divided into two stages.The products are NO_(2),HNCO,CO_(2) and a small amount of NO,among which the product NO_(2) is generated firstly and the HNCO content is highest.V_(2)O_(5) catalyst can make the peak temperature of FOX-7 thermal-decomposition advance.After adding catalyst,the heat release at the second stage of FOX-7 thermal-decomposition increases,and the heat release exceeds that in the first stage,and the FOX-7 thermal-decomposition products can't appear HCN and N_(2)O,indicating that V_(2)O_(5) can affect the thermal-decomposition of FOX-7.The calculation results show that NO_(2) is generated at first during the thermal-decomposition of FOX-7,and 1mol of FOX-7 generates 2 mol of HNCO and 1 mol of NO_(2).The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculation results.
