摘  要:三氢化铝具有高储氢量、燃烧产物相对分子质量相对较小和快速释氢的特点,近年来成为推进剂、炸药组分和燃料电池的氢源研究热点。三氢化铝的合成方法有很多,其中固相化学法是一种利用原材料进行固相反应合成三氢化铝的方法,制备过程中避免了溶剂的使用,操作简便,危险性小。对近年来固相化学法合成三氢化铝的研究进展进行综述,简要分析了固相反应机理及合成工艺条件的影响,并提出一些固相化学法制备三氢化铝亟待解决的问题。Aluminum hydride has the characteristics of high hydrogen storage capacity,relatively small molecular weight of combustion products and rapid hydrogen release.So it has become a research focus of hydrogen sources for propellants,explosive components and fuel cells in recent years.There are many synthesis methods for aluminum hydride,and solid-phase chemical method is an effective synthesis method of aluminum hydride by means of solid phase reaction of raw materials.The preparation of aluminum hydride by solid-phase chemical method avoids the use of solvents,which is simple and dangerous.In this paper,the research progress of solid-phase chemical synthesis of aluminum hydride in recent years was reviewed.The solid-phase reaction mechanism and the influence of synthesis process conditions onthe reaction were briefly analyzed,and some problems to be solved in the preparation of aluminum hydride by solid-phase chemical method was put forward.
