摘 要:环形槽药柱结构能有效降低药柱内部的应力水平,在相同装填比条件下提高固体火箭发动机药柱结构完整性。该文对含有可燃芯模结构的环形槽药柱结构完整性进行了分析,给出了可燃芯模的实现途径,研究了芯模材料参数对药柱结构完整性的影响,分析了增加芯模后药柱内部最大等效应变减小的原因。仿真分析结果表明:采用含可燃芯模结构的环形槽药柱结构与传统的环形槽药柱结构相比,在硫化降温载荷作用下,药柱内部的最大等效应变降低约26%,点火建压载荷作用下,最大等效应变下降约27.7%。通过分析可知,药柱内部的最大等效应变随着可燃芯模材料强度的增加先减小后增大,选择合适的芯模材料可以进一步降低药柱的等效应变,该结果可以为芯模材料的选择提供参考。The ring groove grain structure can reduce the stress level in SRM grain effectively and improve its structural integrity under the same loading ratio conditions.The structural integrity of the ring groove grain with combustible mold was analyzed.The influence of mold material parameters on structural integrity of the grain was studied,and the reason for the decrease of maximum equivalent strain in grain after adding the core mold was also analyzed.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional ring groove grain,the ring groove grain containing mold structure can reduce the maximum equivalent strain by 26%when under thermal loadings,and by 27.7%for ignition pressurization loading.Based on the simulation solutions,it can be found that the maximum equivalence strain decreases first and then increases during the increase of the mold's elastic modulus.The appropriate mold material parameters can further reduce the equivalent strain in the grain,which can provide a reference for the selection of the mold material.
