摘  要:针对内压作用下的中空轴编C/C复合材料设计问题,提出依据复合材料均匀化理论,将中空结构简化为功能梯度材料圆筒的构想,构建了轴编C/C复合材料细观结构与宏观应力分布的理论关联模型。以中空结构等应力分布为设计目标,采用所建立的关联模型设计获得轴编C/C复合材料的编织工艺方案,并通过有限元仿真验证了方案的正确性。结果表明,建立的关联模型为轴编C/C复合材料喉衬的编织工艺设计提供了理论支撑,通过对碳棒和纤维束排布规律等细观结构的设计,喉衬内外周向应力差减小了24.58%。In response to the design challenge of the hollow axle-knitted C/C composite material under internal pressure,a concept of simplifying the hollow structure into a functionally gradient material cylinder was proposed based on the homogenization theory of composite materials,and the theoretical correlation model of the mesoscopic structure and macroscopic stress distribution of hollow structures of axle-knitted C/C materials was constructed.Using the correlation model,a weaving process plan for the axle-knitted C/C composite was designed with the aim of achieving uniform stress distribution in the hollow structure.The correctness of the plan was verified by finite element simulation.The results show that the established correlation model provides theoretical support for the design of the throat lining of axle knitted C/C composites,and the circumferential stress difference between the inside and outside of the throat insert is reduced by 24.58%through the design of the meso-structure such as the carbon rods and the fiber bundles arrangement pattern.
