“双一流”建设下高等教育人才培养能力提升对策

摘　　要：人才培养是当前“双一流”高等院校办学中非常重要的环节之一。人才培养的实际水平在一定程度上影响高等院校的“双一流”建设。我国大部分高校按照国家战略和实际情况,不断地完善“双一流”建设相关措施和规章制度。虽然我国部分高校“双一流”建设方面取得了一定的成绩,但在人才培养方面还存在一些不足之处。基于此,立足于实际,首先阐述一流大学的特征,然后分析新时期高校建设中人才培养的短板,最后在“双一流”背景下提出高等教育人才培养的发展路径,以期可以为该领域的工作者提供借鉴。Talent cultivation is one of the most important links in the current“Double First-Class”colleges and universities.The actual level of talent cultivation affects the“Double First-Class”construction of colleges and universities to a certain extent.In accordance with national strategies and actual conditions,most colleges and universities in China have continuously improved relevant measures and rules and regulations for the construction of“Double First-Class”.Although some colleges and universities in China have made some achievements in the construction of“Double First-Class”,there are some shortcomings in talent cultivation.Based on reality,this paper firstly expounds the characteristics of First-Class universities,then analyzes the shortcomings of talent cultivation in the construction of colleges and universities in the new era,and finally puts forward the development path of talent cultivation in higher education under the background of“Double First-Class”,in order to provide reference for workers in this field.
