摘  要:大数据为旅游研究提供了广泛的数据来源,拓展了旅游研究的广度和深度。然而,对基于中国本土旅游大数据应用而形成的学术研究成果及其研究趋势却缺乏系统性的认识和评判。文章以中国知网(CNKI)为数据来源,系统性地总结了发表在中文学术期刊上的旅游大数据的学术研究进展,并在此基础上提出未来的研究方向。研究发现:年度发文量总体上呈增长趋势,2018年为显著增长点。在数据类型上,主要分为用户生成内容数据、设备数据和运营数据三大基本类型,其中,用户生成内容数据已被广泛应用于旅游研究,设备数据和运营数据的使用仍需深入挖掘。在数据来源上,主要为携程旅行、马蜂窝旅游网和新浪微博等社交媒体,并且大多数研究依靠单一的数据来源。在研究方法上,计量经济模型等传统定量方法仍是主流分析方法;定性分析和混合研究方法,尤其是文本分析和机器学习等跨学科方法使用较少。在研究主题上,研究内容呈多元化和碎片化特点,包括旅游感知与体验、旅游者行为、旅游流、旅游预测、评论管理、网络关注度、旅游资源分布和模型构建与改进等多主题。未来研究应从数据、方法和理论多视角深化旅游大数据研究,包括加强产学研合作和多源数据的协同共享、文本分析和机器学习等跨学科方法的使用、交叉学科研究和理论构建等。Big data provides a powerful data source and expands the breadth and depth of tourism research.However,there is a lack of systematic understanding and evaluation of the application of big data in tourism research.Using CNKI as the data source,this study reviewed 311 articles involving the use of big data in tourism research which are published between 2007 and 2021 and included in CSSCI and CSCD database.A systematically analysis was conducted from the perspectives of general descriptions of the relevant literature,data types and sources,analysis methods,and application fields of big data in tourism research,and then proposed future research directions.The results showed that:(1)the use of big data in Chinese tourism literature demonstrated an upward trajectory,and 2018 was a significant growth point.(2)data types can be divided into three categories:user-generated data,device data and operational data.User-generated data has been widely used in tourism research,but the use of device data and operational data are so far limited.(3)major data source are social media data,such as data frp,Ctrip,Mafengwo and Sina Weibo.Most of the current studies rely on a single big data source.(4)traditional quantitative methods such as econometric models are still the mainstream analysis methods;qualitative analyses,especially interdisciplinary methods such as text mining and machine learning methods,should be widely used.(5)in terms of research topics,the research content is diversified and fragmented,including tourism perception and experience,tourists'behavior,tourism flow,tourism forecasting,online review management,network attention,tourism resource distribution,and model construction and improvement,etc.(6)in the future,big data in tourism research should be deepened from multiple perspectives of data,methods and theories,including strengthening industry-university-research cooperation and the collaborative sharing of multi-source data,machine learning and other interdisciplinary methods,interdisciplinary research and theor
