区域性图书馆联盟影响力规模化的发展困境与路径选择--以湖南省高校数字图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章分析了区域性图书馆联盟的影响力,探索了区域性图书馆联盟影响力规模化发展路径,进而提升联盟在地区、行业、社会和经济生活中的作用与价值。从区域性图书馆联盟影响力的内涵、特征和作用范围出发,采用列举分析法进行综合评价。最后发现区域性图书馆联盟影响力规模化的形成过程中存在依附式发展受阻、社会资本鸿沟、开放式创新不够等问题,未来可以从重构共识、品牌建设、突出资源共建共享新亮点、构建新内涵4条路径实现联盟影响力规模化的发展。This article analyzes the influence of regional library alliances and explores the development path of scaling impact of regional library alliances,and then enhances the role and value of alliances in region,industry,social,and economic life.Based on the connotation,characteristics,and scope of influence of regional library alliances,this article uses enumeration analysis method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.Finally,it is found that there are problems in the scaling impact formation of regional library alliances,such as hindered dependent development,social capital gap,and insufficient open innovation,etc.In the future,the development of the scaling impact of regional alliance can be realized from four paths:reconstructing consensus,building brands,highlighting new highlights of resource co-construction and sharing,and building new connotations.
