摘 要:查收查引是中国地震局图书馆长期开展的一项重要的参考咨询服务。文章介绍了查收查引的概念和服务流程以及中国地震局图书馆原有查收查引服务的开展情况和存在的问题,从而引出查收查引自动化系统的建设。随后介绍了地震图书馆查收查引自动化系统的系统架构、软硬件条件、系统配置和服务界面以及主要功能,并总结了建设经验,包括通过提高报告数据的可靠性和定制化提升用户体验,通过提高报告生成的时效性和准确性提高工作效率,通过提高查收查引工作的自动化程度避免重复劳动等。最后提出了下一步的工作展望。The cited reference retrieve service is an important reference service carried out by the library of China Earthquake Administration for a long time.This paper introduces the concept and service process of the cited reference retrieve service,the development situation and existing problems of the original cited reference retrieve service in the library of China Earthquake Administration,and the construction of the automatic cited reference retrieve system.Then,the system architecture,software and hardware conditions,system configuration,service interface and main functions of the earthquake library cited reference retrieve system are introduced.The construction experience is summarized,including improving the user experience by improving the reliability and customization of the report data,improving the work efficiency by improving the timeliness and accuracy of the report generation,and avoiding duplication of labor by improving the automation of the retrieval and indexing work.Finally,the next step for future work is put forward.
