摘 要:为探究裂隙砂岩变形破坏过程及破坏前兆特点,融合数字图像相关技术和红外辐射技术对双轴压缩含平行双裂隙砂岩试样进行非接触式全场观测,引入标准差指标定量描述其破坏过程中表面应变场和红外辐射2个领域信息演化过程、分异程度和破坏前兆异常点,并验证了2个领域全场信息的相关性。研究结果表明:双轴加载过程中,轴向荷载为峰值荷载75.4%时预制裂隙尖端出现翼型张拉裂纹,随后与端部出现的剪切裂纹连接产生宏观滑移面,试样失稳破坏;根据应变场标准差曲线特征,可划分为初始分异、稳定分异、加速分异3个阶段,而温度场标准差曲线演化可划分为稳定分异和加速分异2个阶段;应变场标准差和温度场标准差的皮尔逊相关系数均在0.6~0.91之间,呈现显著及高度相关关系;张拉裂纹与剪切裂纹出现之前,应变场分异速率曲线显现2个明显尖端点,温度场分异速率曲线在剪切裂纹处突增,可将其异常点视作预警信号。研究成果可为裂隙岩体预警破坏提供新的思路和观点。In order to explore the deformation and failure process and precursor characteristics of fractured sandstone,digital image related technology and infrared radiation technology were integrated to conduct non-contact full-field observation on the samples of biaxial compression sandstone containing parallel double-fractured sandstone.Standard deviation index was introduced to quantitatively describe the evolution process of surface strain field and infrared radiation information in the failure process,the degree of differentiation and the abnormal points of failure precursor.The correlation of two fields full field information is verified.The results show that in the biaxial loading process,when the axial load is 75.4%of the peak load,the airfoil tension crack appears at the prefabricated crack tip,and then the macro-slip plane is connected with the shear crack at the end,and the sample becomes unstable and fails.According to the characteristic of standard deviation curve of strain field,it can be divided into initial differentiation,stable differentiation and accelerated differentiation,while the evolution of standard deviation curve of temperature field can be divided into stable differentiation and accelerated differentiation.The Pearson correlation coefficients of standard deviation of strain field and temperature field are between 0.6 and 0.91,showing a significant and highly correlated relationship.Before the tensile crack and shear crack appear,the strain field differentiation rate curve shows two obvious tip points,and the temperature field differentiation rate curve spikes at the beginning of the shear crack,which can be regarded as an early warning signal.The research results can provide new ideas and viewpoints for warning failure of fractured rock mass.
