摘  要:谦比希铜矿主矿体是典型的大水矿山,其深部开采过程中面临涌水量大的问题。防治水工程已成为主矿体深部开展采矿作业、确保生产能力的首要任务和重要保障。根据主矿体复杂水文地质特征,结合国内外优秀大水矿山井下防治水工程经验,首先揭示主矿体深部涌水机制,基于注浆堵水现场工业试验最终选用深孔加密注浆堵水技术治理涌水问题。为综合分析该技术在主矿体的应用效果,深孔注浆作业完成后,采用水文观测孔、叠加效应分析及检查孔多维度评估堵水效果。结果表明:通过在主矿体770 m中段2070~2700线矿体下盘进行深孔加密注浆堵水工程,涌水量明显减少,深孔注浆参数合理,有效解决了主矿体深部工程的突水威胁,并以此注浆隔水层为基础构筑下向充填采矿法的假顶,为后期回采矿体提供有利的开采条件。井下深孔加密注浆堵水技术在谦比希铜矿的成功应用,为国内外类似大水矿山深部开采过程中的防治水工程提供了经验借鉴。The main ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine is a typical mine with rich water,and its deep mining process faces the problem of large water inflow.Water prevention and control engineering has become the primary task and important guarantee for carrying out mining operations in the deep area of the main ore body and ensuring production capacity.According to the complex hydrogeological characteristics of the main ore body,combined with the experience of domestic and foreign excellent underground water prevention and control projects in rich water mines,the deep water gushing mechanism of the main ore body was revealed firstly,and based on the on-site industrial test of grouting water shutoff,the deep hole densification grouting water shutoff technology was finally selected for treatment water gushing problem.In order to comprehensively analyze the application effect of this technology in the main ore body,after the completion of the deep hole grouting operation,the hydrological observation hole,superposition effect analysis and inspection hole are used to evaluate the water blocking effect in multiple dimensions.The results show that:by carrying out the deep hole densification grouting water plugging project in the footwall of the 2070~2700 line in the middle section of the main ore body 770 m level,the water inflow is significantly reduced,and the parameters of the deep hole grouting are reasonable,which effectively solves the sudden problem of the deep engineering of the main ore body.Based on the grouting water-resisting layer,the false roof of the down-fill mining method is constructed to provide favorable mining conditions for the later mining of the ore body.The successful application of underground deep hole densification grouting and water blocking technology in Chambishi Copper Mine provides experience and reference for water prevention and control projects in the deep mining process of similar large water mines at home and abroad.
