摘  要:立式螺旋搅拌磨是矿石超细磨作业的关键设备,为研究其在实际工况下磨矿效果的影响因素,分析其磨矿特征,以立式螺旋搅拌试验磨机为研究对象,采用CFD-DEM方法建立矿浆与研磨介质的流固耦合仿真模型,对不同尺寸和形状的研磨介质在磨矿过程中的运动速度、碰撞力、碰撞次数以及搅拌器的扭矩进行分析,并使用试验磨机进行磨矿试验,提取搅拌器扭矩及不同粒度的筛下累积量。结果表明,立式螺旋搅拌磨的磨矿效果与研磨介质的尺寸和形状有着密切的关系,使用钢球介质时比使用钢段介质时的磨矿效果好,小钢球比大钢球的磨矿效果好,且使用小钢球产生的能耗较低。仿真所提取的扭矩与实验所测得的扭矩基本吻合,误差在5%以内,该仿真模型具有一定的合理性。Vertical spiral stirring mill is the key equipment of ore ultrafine grinding.In order to study the influencing factors of the grinding effect under actual working conditions and analyze its grinding characteristics,taking the vertical spiral stirring test mill as the research object,the CFD-DEM method was used to establish the fluid-structure interaction simulation model of the pulp and the grinding media,and the motion speed,collision force,collision number and the agitator′s torque of the grinding media of different sizes and shapes in the grinding process were analyzed,and the grinding test was carried out by the test mill to extract the torque of the agitator and the accumulation under sieve of different particle sizes.The results show that the grinding effect of vertical spiral stirring mill is closely related to the size and shape of the grinding media,the grinding effect of the steel ball media is better than that of the steel section media,the grinding effect of the small steel ball is better than that of the large steel ball,and the energy consumption generated by the use of small steel ball is lower.The torque extracted by the simulation is basically consistent with the torque measured in the experiment,and the error is within 5%,and the simulation model has certain rationality.
